Join the „Reception of Economists“ Info-Event on January 8, 2025
Are you a FAU WiSo student who is interested in Economics (VWL), but might not be quite sure what to do with it later?
We welcome all FAU WiSo students to join the semi-annual „Reception of Economists“ on Tuesday, January 8, 2025 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Lange Gasse 20, Room 0.423.
Alumni of the Economics program at the FAU will present the occupations they work in today and how they got there. In addition, professors and academic staff members will be available to answer your questions about the Master in Economics program in a relaxed atmosphere.
The program on Tuesday, January 8, 2025:
- 6:30 pm: Presentation of the Master in Economics (MSE) program at FAU
- 7:15 pm: Alumni report on their work experiences and life as an economist:
- Yannik Schulz (Senior Associate Transfer Pricing, PwC Nürnberg)
- Pia Homrighausen (Postdoc Researcher, Federal Office for Migration and Refugees – BAMF)
After the event you are invited to stay for:
- Questions and discussions with guests, professors, and academic staff
- Beer and Pretzels
